Deir al-Sudan Trail

An 8-kilometer hike along Deir al-Sudan, an ancient Palestinian town with a Canaanite atmosphere, reflecting the urban beauty of this era. The town is characterized by its picturesque nature, its topography and natural water springs.

This trail introducers hikers to the town’s most famous site; the lions’ den atop of its mountains and green hills. The town is also known for its architectural heritage dating back to the Ottoman era.

An easy, fun trail suitable for all ages; it also includes a visit to Ein al-Balad water spring.

The trail begins and ends at Rawabi City, where hikers would also gather ahead.
